HR CONFERENCE

         
                   The HR conference conducted by Confederation of Indian Industry – CII (held at Sangam Hotel, Trichy on 16th February 2017). It has become a unforgettable day, as the sessions were very impressive.
                   “The role of HR in the Make in India “is the main topic of the conference. The prelaunch session was handled by Mr. Krishna Kumar senior HR manager in Dalmia Cements. HE spoke on “CXO Challenge” .HE stated with very interesting quotes, that was “Perfection has no limits” .And his speech was very provoking and though full. He also discussed about “Retention Rate”.
                   The post lunch session was started with a very interesting quiz program which was conducted to encourage the students and also the participants. The quiz questions were based on legal rights and company laws.
                   The next session was takeover by Mr.Venkatesan on Virtual Talent Management discussed about various challenges that was faced by HR managers while working in a virtual environment and also said some useful Mantras to overcome those challenges.
                   Mrs. Upam, Professor from BIM took the next session and presented a overview on “make in India” and which was followed by Dr.P.Sivakumar, he presented on “HR next – 2025”. That was about the future growth in the field of Human Resource and Mr.Pugalenthi presented “future now” topic which is very important aspect as of now.
                   The last session was carried out by Mr.Varaden on legal rights and laws that a company has to follow. On total the full day was very useful and made us to realise that beyond our book the world of HR was very challenging and very interesting. From the experience of those experts we gained knowledge. Thanks for taking us for that wonderful conference.
